The Breakdown Crew handles only what affects your security deposit. We don't wash dishes, clean kitchens or bathrooms, pack up food or leftovers, gifts, or other personal items you brought. We also don't deep clean the venue or haul away large amounts of outside trash, such as vendor or catering waste.

What rentals does Walden Event Rentals Offer?
How far in advance should I book rentals?
Book your event rentals with at least 2 weeks from your event date, and farther our for larger events like bridal showers, weddings, and milestone celebrations. Rentals booked with less than 2 weeks may be accepted if items are available.
Does Walden Event Rentals deliver & set up?
Yes. Every decor bundle has a flat-rate delivery fee, set-up before the event, and pick-up afterward - no assembly required by the customer.
What happens if a rental item is damaged?
If a rental item is damaged we retain the security deposit, which is 25% of the total booking price.
